Hillington Park has seen its office occupancy reach a record level as a result of new and extended tenancy agreements, reports The Herald. The business park is one of the largest in Scotland, and a refurbishment of Carlson House has resulted in LHR Business Support Centre extending its tenancy. EPCA provided project management, contract administration, CDM Principal Designer and asbestos surveying services for the project. The project was undertaken on a phased basis across four wings of the building, to allow the continued operation of the tenant from the building. Roddy Proudfoot, head of asset management at Hillington Park, said: "These new agreements demonstrate the diverse range of occupiers and requirements which we are able to accommodate at Hillington Park. "Against the background of a highly competitive market place, we are delighted to have secured the continued commitment of a business of the quality of LHR Business Support Centre. This deal in particular is indicative of the continual effort we make to understand and meet the requirements of our customers. I'm confident that the refurbishment of Carlson House will give LHR a high quality working environment from which they can continue to thrive as a business." Hillington, situated between Glasgow and Paisley, is home to more than 500 businesses which employ together around 6,500 people.
